Having your domain name match the keywords you are going in on to rank in google makes things a whole lot simpler! Over time I have noticed it to be somewhat easy to rank for certain keywords when it is found in my domain. As for my domain names that are unrelated to the keywords I am trying to rank for, things are a little more rough. On average it will take double the amount of time and labor to seo (search engine optimize) the website that does not include the keywords in the domain name.
Having the keywords included within your url does not help as much as it being in your domain name. But it still helps a lot! Having the exact term in your url is heavily weighted. Example, if your desired keywords are “repair man” have your url example.com/repairman or example.com/repair-man.
Titles are one of the least difficult and needed piece of seo to have your website rank. I noticed putting less keyword rich titles on your website is good sometimes & other times it is not. For example, The Top repair man of all the land vs the best repair man. Keep your title for around 30 days. If you are not happy with results and think making an alteration will help with seo do not hesitate.
Your websites description or body should be keyword rich. Try to look at your competitors by searching your keyword on google.com and looking at the top ten results. Notice how many times and where the placement of the keywords are. I personally never go above 10% keyword density as it can seem spammy.
It is also thought that having your main keywords near the top of your description then slowly getting more general with your keywords as you go down the body helps your sites rankings.
If your On-Site seo is not helping enough you can always rely on your friend Mr. Backlinks. Backlinks to your website is seen as votes in googles eyes. When other websites have your url pasted anywhere on there website it will give you seo juice. This way google believes you are a legitimate website. Common ways to build backlinks are through profile links, comment links, articles, social bookmarking and web 2.0 sites. Backlinks are crucial!
Software speeds this up a bit. To be quite honest I personally use it to free up some time now and then.
These are not the only points that matter when it comes to seo. Others consist of domain age (which comes with time), PR (which seems to come with luck), and the prominence of your website. The more pages your website included the higher the main page will rank.

I’m having quite a few 4 letters .info domains hanging around unused and I thought I shall give them away for FREE with some fun contest. Like what I’ve mentioned in the title, I’ll be giving away 4 letters .info domains one by one weekly.
I will not disclose the domain name but it is definitely 4 letters and is registered on 3rd December 2009. Expiry for these domain will be 3rd December 2010.
An example of 4 letter .info domain would be http://www.nowz.info/. I’ve got more than 5 domains to give away, so this contest will go on every week until I ran out of domain.
How to participate?
